This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy explains the conditions and process for returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges for orders placed on Bingoo, operated by Blue Sky Phones Co. L.L.C.

1. Return Eligibility

Bingoo offers a 14-day return window for eligible products.

Products may qualify for return, refund, or exchange only if:

  • The product remains unused and unopened
  • The original manufacturer seal is intact
  • The product is returned in its original condition
  • All included accessories, manuals, inserts, and packaging are complete

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval after the product is returned to Bingoo.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Products may not qualify for return, refund, or exchange if:

  • The original manufacturer seal has been opened or removed
  • The product has been used, activated, or damaged by the customer
  • Accessories, manuals, inserts, or original packaging are missing
  • The product box is damaged, heavily scratched, or incomplete
  • The return request is submitted after the eligible return period

Minor damage to the external delivery box or removed courier stickers does not affect return eligibility as long as the original product packaging remains intact and complete.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Non-Working Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon opening, customers should contact Bingoo as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery to ensure faster resolution.

To review the claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video showing the original sealed package being opened
  • Order number and purchase details

If the issue is confirmed after inspection, Bingoo may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

For approved defective or damaged product claims:

  • Replacement shipping is free of charge
  • Return shipping is free of charge
  • Bingoo may arrange courier collection where available

4. Missing Items Claims

If a customer believes an item is missing from the package, Bingoo should be notified as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide a full unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened.

All orders are checked before shipment to ensure products are complete and correctly packed.

5. Wrong Product Delivered

If Bingoo ships the wrong product, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

For approved wrong-item claims:

  • Return shipping is free of charge
  • Replacement shipping is free of charge
  • Customers may request a replacement, exchange, or full refund

6. Return Process

Customers may request a return, refund, replacement, or exchange through any of our available support channels, including:

  • WhatsApp support
  • Phone support
  • Email support
  • Contact forms
  • In-store assistance

After reviewing the request, customers may either:

  • Return the product directly to our store, or
  • Request courier collection service where available

All returned products are inspected within 1–2 business days after receiving the item.

If the product meets the return eligibility requirements and the original manufacturer seal remains unopened, Bingoo may approve a refund, replacement, or exchange depending on the customer’s request and product availability.

7. Return Shipping Fees

Bingoo may include a return shipping label inside eligible order packages to simplify the return process.

Unless the return is caused by a confirmed Bingoo error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • UAE return shipping fee: AED 25

For exchanges, one shipping charge may apply unless the exchange is related to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Bingoo.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank and typically take between 3–14 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details through WhatsApp support, email, or customer support forms in order to process the refund by bank transfer.

9. Exchanges

Eligible products may qualify for exchange subject to inspection and approval.

Products requested for exchange must remain unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange availability depends on stock availability at the time of processing.

10. Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment or becomes unreachable during the delivery process, Bingoo reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and return shipping charges from the refund amount where permitted.

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery requests.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping and return conditions may apply.

12. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are inspected after being received by Bingoo.

Refunds, replacements, and exchanges are approved only after confirming that:

  • The product meets return eligibility requirements
  • The original manufacturer seal remains unopened
  • The product and packaging are complete and undamaged
  • No accessories or included items are missing

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be rejected and return shipping charges may apply to send the item back to the customer.

13. Warranty Coverage

All products sold on Bingoo are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty (brand warranty) provided by the respective brand, official brand representative, or authorized distributor in the UAE.

Bingoo does not issue its own warranty. Warranty duration, terms, and coverage may vary depending on the product brand, product type, and warranty provider.

14. No Hidden Fees

Bingoo does not charge hidden processing, handling, or restocking fees for approved returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Any applicable shipping or return shipping charges are clearly communicated to customers before the return process is completed.

15. Genuine Products Policy

All products sold on Bingoo are genuine, original, and brand-new unless clearly stated otherwise.

Bingoo does not sell refurbished, used, or open-box products unless explicitly disclosed on the product page.
