BLUE SKY PHONES CO. (L.L.C) has been operating in the UAE electronics market through physical retail in Dubai since 2001. In 2026, the company launched Bingoo.ae as its online retail platform to extend retail services through digital sales channels.

Bingoo is an independent multi-brand electronics retailer. We are not an official representative, authorized distributor, or exclusive agent of any brand. Bingoo sources genuine, brand-new products from trusted suppliers and established supply channels within the UAE.

2. Use of Website

8. Delivery & Inspection

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and inspecting packages upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, customers should refuse the shipment or contact Bingoo as soon as possible.

Acceptance of delivery confirms that the package was received in acceptable external condition.

Estimated UAE delivery timeline: 1–2 business days for all Emirates.

Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

Bingoo currently delivers only within the United Arab Emirates.

9. Serial Number Verification

Customers are encouraged to verify that the product serial number matches the invoice where applicable.

If a serial number mismatch occurs, customers should contact Bingoo before using or activating the product.

10. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Bingoo offers a 14-day return window for eligible products.

Products may qualify for return if:

  • The item remains unused and in original sealed condition
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • A verified manufacturing defect exists

Opened, activated, or used electronic devices may not qualify for return unless confirmed defective after inspection.

Mobile phones and similar activated devices may not qualify for return once opened or activated unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.

All products sold on Bingoo are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty (brand warranty) provided by the respective brand, official brand representative, or authorized distributor in the UAE. Bingoo does not issue its own warranty.

Warranty duration, type, and conditions may vary depending on the product brand and warranty provider.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval according to the respective policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Bingoo’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

Bingoo shall not be liable for:
