4. Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on Bingoo are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders affected by:

- Technical or system issues
- Incorrect product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
5. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order on Bingoo constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. All orders are subject to review, stock availability, and payment verification.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
- Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Request payment or identity verification
- Cancel orders before shipment if necessary
A purchase contract is formed only after your order is confirmed and successfully processed for dispatch.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Tabby, and approved banking partners.
Bingoo does not store complete payment card information on its servers.
Available payment methods may include:

7. Delivery & Inspection
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and inspecting packages upon delivery.
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, customers should refuse the shipment or contact Bingoo immediately.
Acceptance of delivery confirms that the package was received in acceptable external condition.
Estimated UAE delivery timelines:
- Dubai and Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates: 1–3 business days

8. Serial Number Verification
Customers must verify that the product serial number matches the invoice before opening or activating the product.
If a serial number mismatch occurs, the product must remain unopened and Bingoo must be notified immediately.
9. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Bingoo offers a 30-day return window for eligible products.
Products may qualify for return if:
- The item is unused and in original sealed condition
- The wrong item was delivered
- A verified manufacturing defect exists
Opened, activated, or used electronic devices may not qualify for return unless confirmed defective after inspection.
Mobile phones and similar activated devices cannot be returned once opened or activated unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Physical damage
- Liquid damage
- Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Bingoo’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
Bingoo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business, or data
- Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers
- Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control
- Damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.

Bingoo is not responsible for damage resulting from:

- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications
- Unsupported accessories, chargers, or software
- Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
12. Force Majeure
Bingoo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Customs delays
- Internet, system, or payment gateway failures
- Courier or logistics disruptions
- Other force majeure events
13. Intellectual Property
