Bingoo is an independent multi-brand electronics retailer in the United Arab Emirates. We are not an official representative, authorized distributor, or exclusive agent of any brand.

Bingoo sources genuine, original, and brand-new products from trusted suppliers and established supply channels within the UAE.

Bingoo does not sell refurbished, used, imitation, or open-box products unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

2. Warranty Coverage

All products sold on Bingoo are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty (brand warranty) provided by the respective brand, official brand representative, or authorized distributor in the UAE.

Bingoo does not issue its own warranty. All warranty services are provided according to the official terms and conditions of the respective brand or authorized warranty provider.

The original warranty card or warranty documentation is delivered together with the product at the time of purchase, allowing customers to use the warranty independently whenever needed.

Warranty duration, type, and coverage may vary depending on:

Customers have two convenient options to claim warranty service for products purchased from Bingoo:

Customers may contact the brand’s official representative, authorized distributor, or authorized service center in the UAE directly using the warranty information provided with the product.

The warranty card and documentation included with the purchase allow the customer to access warranty services independently without going through Bingoo.

Customers may visit:

  • An official brand store in the UAE
  • An authorized distributor in the UAE
  • An authorized service center in the UAE

Option 2 — Warranty assistance through Bingoo

Customers who prefer assistance may contact Bingoo support, and we will help by forwarding the product to the brand’s authorized service center or official representative in the UAE for warranty repair, replacement, or service on the customer’s behalf.

4. Warranty Inspection & Processing

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the respective warranty provider, official brand representative, or authorized service center.

  • Technical inspection requirements

When Bingoo assists with warranty coordination, the final approval and resolution decisions are made by the respective warranty provider or authorized service center — not by Bingoo directly.

The final resolution depends on:

6. Warranty Exclusions

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securely packaging products during warranty return transit to avoid additional damage.

If a product is returned with insufficient or unsafe packaging and becomes damaged during shipping, the warranty claim may be rejected and the product returned without servicing.

Customers may also be required to provide:

  • Product serial number where applicable
  • Photos or videos of the issue if requested
  • Original warranty card or documentation
